We want to give our customers the best buying experience possible, and to do this we offer an installment plan, helping to spread the cost of kitting yourself out in preparation for the biggest adventure of your life...parenthood!
It works like this...
Once you have found the product or products you are looking for, come to the "Installment Plan" page, where you will find three payment products to choose from - £20, £50 and £100. Bear in mind that to qualify for the installment plan, you must have a minimum order of £150.
To begin your installment plan, you must pay off at least 25% of the whole order, and you can do this using any one or combination of the above, for example, if your order comes to £360, you would place one £50 payment and two £20 payments into your basket, making a total of £90.
You can then go to the checkout, and make payment just like a normal transaction. In the comments box, you can place your actual order by writing down exactly what products you are making payments for. On completing the checkout phase, you will be given an order number. You should remember and keep a note of this number, as you will need to include it in all future payments.
Whenever you would like to make further payments, you can follow the same procedure purchasing any one or combination of the above, making sure that you use the same details as before and that you place your original order number in the comments box. We can then allocate your payment to the correct order. We will send you a confirmation email, detailing how much has been paid and what the remaining balance is. You can only pay in £20s, £50s, and £100s, so it is likely that you will have to pay more than your actual order value. If this happens, we will refund the amount that you have over paid immediately.
Once full payment has been made we can then ship your order to you. For overseas installment plans, you must purchase the shipping voucher relevant to your country by clicking here.
The first 25% payment is a non-refundable deposit, and cannot be returned if the order is cancelled. The Snowflakes Installment Plan is subject to our website terms and conditions, as well as the terms stated above.
