Standard next working day delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland - £18.00 - (Zones C & D on map) No free delivery option to these addresses.

Standard two working days delivery to Republic of Ireland - £20.00 - (Zones E on map) No free delivery option to these addresses.

  • £65.00 to: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia. 6-7 working days transit time*.

British Forces Postal Addresses will incur an additional £12.00 charge.

Furniture delivery - Some furniture suppliers have a minimum order quantity to qualify for free delivery these are identified in the product descriptions.

Stock - If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will always do our very best to give you an accurate delivery date. If your item(s) are in stock and we receive your order before 10.00 a.m we will endeavour to ship the same day for a next working day delivery. However please allow five working days from date of despatch for your goods to arrive.

Packaging - Where ever possible we will re-use packaging when dispatching orders.

Tracking your order - We will email you when your items are being processed and delivered. If you wish to track your order please let us know and we can provide an online tracking number for use with our couriers UK Mail.

Returns & Refunds - We are dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund the value of the goods or exchange any item that you are not completely satisfied with, provided it is returned complete, in an unused condition and in original packaging, within eight days of receipt with proof of purchase to:

If you are buying a car seat or base from us please check with the manufacturer that it is compatable with your car before purchasing.

Please note that any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels which fail to reach us. If you have received free shipping on your purchase £6.00 will be deducted from your total refund to cover our initial shipping costs.
